Veterans Assistance
State Veterans Service Officer Dan Mahaffey will be available from 10 am - 5 pm in the Community room of the Converse County Courthouse the second Thursday of each month. Veteran's or family members who have questions about eligibility or assistance in filing claims, obtaining benefits, training and education, or medical treatment are encouraged to meet with Mahafey. Assistance is available on a walk-in basis, or veterans can reach Mahaffey at 307-258-1100 to schedule a local appointment or home visit, or may call Wyoming Veterans Commission hotline at 800-833-5987.
